So things have been really quiet as far as the power spikes are concerned. Nygma and I have been investigating the matter as much as we can, but there hasn't been a lot of activity and all my leads have gone cold. It's just been too quiet lately.

Kinda related, but not really... I have a question to ask of any Wardens who have Inmates with powers. How do you decide how much to let them have back and when's the right time? ....And, more importantly, how often does it bite you on the ass?

I have no authority here and I just got here, so I don't have a reputation, but I've seen this kind of thing before. If people believe that this was someone's doing, then the last thing we need are vigilantes panicking and trying to take matters into their own hands. It will only end in witch hunts and chaos and that's probably exactly what the person behind all this had in mind. If we run scared, then we're just fueling the fire.

Do any of you know which inmates might have had access to that kind of technology? I've been told that there are several, but even if there are, how many of them could possibly have a vendetta against that many people. Even on a prison ship, there can't be that many people inclined to mindless genocide.
